(Course Effective December 6, 2019)

Course Description: During this training, faculty will cover icon identification, setting permissions, and navigating a client’s screen from assessment to discharge. Participants will gain experience using the training manual as well as learn how to run reports essential to the court. This training is a beginning to understanding the powerfulness of information gathering and reporting within DCCM. It is interactive to answer questions for all levels of users.

Who Should Attend: This training is designed for all users within the Nevada Specialty Courts that utilize DCCM. Users include coordinators, case workers, treatment providers, and others that have job responsibilities within Specialty Courts.
