Course Description: Sexual Harassment is a form of discrimination based on sex and can occur in many forms and under many different circumstances. All employers are obligated to maintain a harassment-free workplace for its employees at all times. This course is designed for employees to understand their rights and responsibilities related to sexual harassment and how they can assist in making the workplace free of sexual harassment. The Sexual Harassment Prevention course is a mandatory training every two years for all Supreme Court employees.
