Training Description: Social Media and technologies have become interwoven in the lives and communication of families and interwoven into domestic violence, family law and protection order cases. The presenter discusses the wide range of technology, such as spoofing and spyware that can be misused to cause harm. Part two of this two part series focuses on evidentiary issues.
This training is designed for all Nevada Trial Court judicial officers and court personnel. Note: Meets NDJ Core Competency "Judicial Office" (JO).
