How should a judge’s notes differ from those of an advocating attorney? In this webinar, Judge Jack Weil will provide best practices and tips for judicial note-taking. Judge Weil demonstrates an effective note taking model that emphasizes preservation of information and evidence with the objective of making a well-reasoned judicial decision, incorporating techniques and tips provided by sitting Nevada judges.
