Course Description: This course is designed for new employees of the Nevada Supreme Court. It provides an overview of the constitutional mandates, historical events, and functions of the Supreme Court and the various units which support the Court. The Nevada Supreme Court is the third branch of government and is co-equal to the Legislative and Executive Branches. As an employee of the Court you must understand the organization and how it works. This course will give you that basic understanding.
