The Detention Alternative for Autistic your Court (DAAY Court), a court supervised program
for autistic youth in the justice system, works with autistic juvenile offenders
and their families to provide access to the correct services needed. First of
its kind in the nation, this Nevada district court is located in the Eighth
Judicial District and was started in 2023. In the next two podcast episodes, Presiding
