Training Description: As presented at the Nevada Limited Jurisdiction Judges 2022 Winter Seminar, Professor Regalia will offer a fast-paced journey through many of the most common ethical conundrums courts face in virtual hearings, as well as tips for managing many of the ethical and practical pitfalls that pop up in these hearings. Professor Regalia works with judges, courts, and practitioners across the nation on this front and has crowdsourced many of their experiences for this presentation.
Who Should Attend: This training is designed for all Nevada judges. NOTE: Meets Nevada Judges Core Competency “Judicial Administration” (JA).
