Training Description: Professor Regalia will explore simple strategies for running hearings (and meetings) virtually, will provide tips for managing litigants and other participants, and will offer strategies for preparing for virtual hearings. He will also discuss the judge’s ethical use of court technology with do’s and don’ts.
Who Should Attend: This course is designed for all Nevada general jurisdiction judges. Note: Meets Core Competency "Judicial Skills" (JS)
