Training Description: Ms. Beggs will provide a quick review of the investigative process and the formal disciplinary process. After briefly covering the Canons as bases for discipline, she will discuss the dos and don’ts if you find yourself subject to an investigation.
Who Should Attend: This course is designed for all Nevada limited jurisdiction judges. Note: Meets Core Competency "Judicial Office" (JO)
