What techniques can be used to manage these types of settlement conferences effectively?  Join Melissa Mangiaracina as she interviews Carolyn Worrell who shares her vast knowledge and experiences she has garnered over the past 30 years that has led her to have many successful outcomes in custody and other relationship-based mediations.  This training is designed for the Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judges.
