How can you determine the likelihood of a defendant’s appearance while tending to the safety of your community? What purpose does bail serve? Join Justice James Hardesty, Judge Diana Sullivan, Judge Mason Simons, and Judge Kevin Higgins as the panel discusses bail in Nevada, 48/72 hour rules, and pending and developing court rules.
