Course Description:
Heart attacks happen quickly, it is extremely important to act quickly if it looks like someone is having a heart attack. Every second counts towards the possibility of saving someone’s life. If you are able to act within four minutes of a heart attack the chance of survival soars substantially.
This course is designed for employees to understand and recognize AEDs used by the Court. The course also takes employees on a step-by-step process in how to use the AEDs and how the employees’ role played in this process can possibly save a co-workers life.
This course is mandatory for Nevada Appellate Courts employees.
