Training Description: In January 2018, the Nevada Supreme Court ordered the newest version of the Minimum Accounting Standards. This training will cover the updates made to the Minimum Accounting Standards V3.1 and the associated Minimum Accounting Standards Guide for External Audits V1.1. Information will address: the intent of the standards; submission requirements and deadline changes; the court’s role and responsibility applying standards in its daily operations; the mandatory independent, external audits required every four-years, including the required audit report format; and the court’s role and responsibility in the audit process.
This course is designed for Nevada judicial officers and court staff.

Continuing Education Credit: 1.5 CLE (Certificate of Attendance required to receive continuing legal/judicial education credit.) NOTE: This course has been reaccredited by the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education on November 22, 2021. The CLE credit for this course is approved through December 31, 2024 and will then be stale dated.
